Beautiful but difficult to open

Bought this for my friend’s Birthday but I think I may return it because it’s so difficult to open. It’s a beautiful bag though.

Lovely bag but unable to fit eyeglass case inside. Tried 4 different cases. Sadly being returned. Not the easiest to open. Otherwise lovely bag.
