It didn't self heat but it left my hair soft

The jojoba oil left my hair soft and moisturized and for that I am pleased and will continue to use it. However, the self heating feature did not work. Perhaps it was user error but even if not, the moisturizing will call me back.

Wasteful packaging, nice oil.

Heating didn't work so I went old school and soaked the packet in hot water. Smells nice. Not enough oil inside for a whole head of dry curly hair, so pick your area or use two. Classic treatment.

Next level hot oil treatment

This is next level hot oil treatment that is not like Queen Helene or Cholesterol. Love the self heating aspect and it smells great too. Wish it was available individually.
