Poor service

I did not recieve these through my on line purchase order. I made a mistake in the ordering and called customer service to help. They cancelled the this order instead of the order where i mistakenly order 2 of the same earings. Very poor service. Now I have to return the duplicate order and I was not able to give my daughter the present I wanted to for Christmas.

Stone color

The ear rings are of a good material. I was disappointed in the color of the stone. From the description I was expecting the stone to be a soft pink. The ones I got are very bland looking, almost a poor cream color.

Pretty but …..

They are pretty I will give them that but they arrived in a plastic baggie with no backs on either earring, not sure how you are supposed to keep them in your ear. Very disappointed. Returned.
