Damaged item

I ordered these for my grandchildren. One of them arrived with stains on it. I contacted Macy’s customers service and was assured they would expedite a new one and send a return label. I asked for time to speak with my daughter and when I got back with them was told it would be within 5 days before I heard from the third party business. Macys could no longer guarantee it would be replaced. I had to order another jacket to ensure both my grandchildren had one without damage.

Paw Patrol - For Granddaughters

I purchased this as Christmas gifts for my 2 granddaughters. They are crazy about Paw Patrol. The jackets look good, but they are thin. I thought they were bomber jackets and would be thicker for them to wear when it was cold out, but it is more for a fall day or night when the temperature is not that cold. Other than that, the jackes are good.
