Heavy, lumpy mattress pad gave me a back ache

The Payton mattress pad calls itself fluffy and soft, but it was anything but. It was very heavy, thick, and lumpy and gave me a backache, so I'm returning it. Do NOT buy this.

Topper is incorrectly described

It is not 100% cotton. Mattress has a polyester fill. The top cover is cotton. Everything else is polyester. I returned the mattress topper to Macy's.
