Soft, but heavy and dense

This pillow is very soft but also heavy and dense, which makes It feel like a good quality pillow, not like some of the cheap feeling polyfill pillows that are much more common. Would recommend!

bad packaging

The box was left outside in the snow, the top barely sealed, and the body pillow inside the plastic was open at the top. I waited for the doorbell to ring on delivery, but they did not bother. NOT HAPPY.

Good down, poor stitching.

The pillow is a very soft down piece, but the craftsmanship, specifically the stitching, is poor. After less than a week of use, one of the seems split and the pillow, is shedding its inner filling.
