Is this a skincare product or a sunscreen? I guess if you have nothing better to put on your "neck & chest" then you can use this as a SUNSCREEN for that area. The product name does not implies this is a primarily a SUNSCREEN item first. It is uncertain if the Vit C, Niacimide and Peptides can really absorb in the skin bundled with the Titanium Dioxide.

Great face cream
I’ve never been much for makeup or face creams and I’ve used Oil of Olay my whole life but I tired this face cream several years in my sisters suggestions and I love it. It goes on so nice and I’ve seen a difference in the texture and lines in my face for the better. As long as I can get this I’ll be using it.
