Doesn't play well with makeup

When I put my Clinique makeup/foundation over the moisturizer, it solidifies and makes little flakes. I o ly use it now when I don't apply makeup.

Used to love it, new formula

The latest jar is a different color and consistency. I used to use a salicylic toner underneath or my estrogen cream with now problem. Now once i put this moisturizer on top my skin starts to peel off in sheets! Please bring back the old formula !
