Really disappointing
Incredibly low quality which is disappointing because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The stitching around the label is damaged and there are many loose threads all over the jacket. If this is the quality of the jacket when it’s brand new I fear its lifespan will be short.
True to size, brown leather jacket
Im 5' 6.5" and the small fit perfectly. I bought the brown jacket. Its more of a greyish brown than deep brown, but i love it. I havent washed it yet. Its lamb leather on outside and black polyester lining on the inside. Very professional jacket, lots of compliments from my coworkers. Kinda sad they used a baby sheep to make this jacket , but its ok. Shipping was good, well sealed. The only problem i had was with Macy's, the online platform does not work well at all, so I had to order it in person at my local store.
Cheap plastic zipper
Very disappointed that when this came in it has plastic zipper. It made it looks cheap and lower quality. I returned this within a hour of receiving it.
Defective
The lining was not properly sewn at the sleeve, leaving a hole. I returned the jacket.
Leather coat
I received the new coat tinely and started wearing it the same day. I had a leather coat at one time, but this is a very nice coat that I will use a lot. Very soft and comfortable.
