Poor quality

I purchased this belt for my husband as a birthday gift. Purchased April 28, and gave it to him on his birthday in early May. He's worn it a few days a week since then and there is a hole in the belt at the end. Very poor quality. I contacted Macy's and they will not accept a return because it's been more than 30 days. Very disappointed.

Stiff as a board

So stiff I had trouble unbuckling the belt. Looks good and seems to be good material, just not pliable.
