Poor quality belt, cracking falling apart

I bought this belt online. I love Perry Ellis products. It’s now January and the belt has been falling apart and cracking and splitting I would like to get a refund. I already bought another belt.. I’d like to get a refund.

Leather Belt

I ordered this belt as a CHRISTMAS GIFT on December 17th and it kept getting BACKORDERED over and over again!!! I did not receive it until JANUARY 12th!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! Terrible customer service!!
