Looks like it would have been really nice.

After waiting over a month for this item to arrive as a gift for my son.. It kept saying “ shipping label created”. I called Macys and was told the item was no longer in stock. So very nice of them to update me. Then I see where they updated the order and said I cancelled item and I could keep it. REALLY?!?! What part of I wanted this item and never received it did the woman on the phone not understand. That being said.. I would really appreciate it if you would correct your poor customer service, locate the item I purchased and send it to me. I know you hadnt sold out prior as I saw it on your site at a later date marked down even more… so what happened to the one that was supposed to be shipped to me?

Watch box

I’m so disappointed. I bought this for my son’s college graduation gift in May. He collects watches. I just opened box and it is damaged. The package had a cut in plastic from ezacto blade. I just wasted money. Macy’s I’m disappointed in you. I have been shopping your store since I’ve been a child. Now u mean that the person packing the boxes didn’t see cut and damage to product. What a day we live in. My trust is gone.
