Faux fur jacket

This jacket is too large so it doesn’t fit me. I tried to return it a few days late because of the winter storm. 15 inches of snow. Macys said they would not take it back because it’s a third party sale. I tried contacting the seller and they said they have no record of the sale. Now I’m stuck.
