great theme

This book is one of my child's favorites! I love it too. The pictures are colorful. There are easy opportunities for voice changing with characters. The word choice is fun. My child liked the challenge of "looking for clues" while reading. Having the ending theme on making a mistake and forgiveness was a really great conversation to talk about in friendships.
