Works AWESOME if you follow some tips!
This is the only product out there that dramatically reduces eye puffiness in less than a minute. It's my holy grail. I've tried all the other 'viral' creams, and this one prevails. That said, there are a few steps you should take for a successful result. You may experience little white specs that can appear after application, or you may see them as you dispense. Because this dries so fast, I think some of the product gets dried specs in its tubing, after exposed to air. Successful outcome - Prepare your skin - 1) Wash your face as normal, drying lightly. 2) Apply your oil/cream/serums as usual. 3) Let the products you just applied soak completely into your skin before applying the #PTRFirmxEye serum. (Make sure you wipe away any product left on skin. Gently wet your under eye area with fingertips and then gently pat dry) 4) Dispense a tiny amount of serum onto your ring fingers and gently pat under eye area. Patting gently until absorbed. Quickly replace the cap from the bottle, preventing air will help keep the product from breaking down. And prevent those white specs from forming. You will not be disappointed!!

I guess to good to be true
I have 3 100ml 3.4 ounce bottles did exactly what I was told ,took b4 & after no difference. Is there something I'm missing ?

Not as good as I hoped and expected it would be.
Im not impressed. Tried to use this product but having issues with white residue. I apply and wait can feel the tightening, but when I apply a thin layer and wait as directed, then apply moisturizer, the tightening i felt before applying moisturizer is gone and I still have the white residue. Not a lot of the white residue, but enough to be very frustrating. I've tried to use this product for about 3 weeks now and I'm just not seeing any benefit. This product is pricey and from my experience, NOT worth the money I paid.

Leaves white residue
Leaves a heavy white residue no matter how I apply and I apply very little to avoid any residue and it still leaves a white residue so disappointing

Leaves a Visible White Film
I love and am a champion for many PTR products, but this one is just awful. If you rub it in well, it leaves a thin white film all around your eyes. If you rub it in less, it dries into white flakes and makes you look like your skin is peeling. If you apply eye moisturizer over the white film, it loses its tightening effect. Given all the positive reviews, is it possible I just got a dud batch? Very very disappointing and absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

Couldn't believe my eyes
I was skeptical even after seeing the amazing videos of this at work. Making sure my top lid and under eye were completely clean and dry, the first time I used it I used only a tiny dot - didn't work. Later on that day, I used less than half a pea-size, brushed it up (I happened to have a new brush from a kit of inexpensive NYX brushes). Waited seven minutes WITHOUT moving my face and VOILA! I couldn't believe my small/medium bags had absolutely disappeared and stayed that way until I washed my face several hours later! It feels tight at first but you get used to it and don't feel it as you go about your business. I kept looking in the mirror to see if it looked weird and tight or strange when I smiled, but nope, I looked ten years younger! I didn't put anything like concealer or foundation on top of it - didn't need it. Definitely going to be a staple in my make-up bag. Oh, and I got it on sale!
