Great but not so great

I Really love these plates, but I dot experienced chipping on several plates. I wished they sold the plates alone because I don't need all the stuff.

Okay but not ideal.

Nice looking pattern but two dinner plates had noticeable flaws in the color ring around the plate. Also, want to buy quite a few more sets but don’t need the mugs. Would probably order them if I could select only the items desired. Likely won’t due to this.

Very Poor Quality Glazing

After a kitchen remodel, I opted to replace my previous Pfaltzgraff "Taos" with "Grayson". I ordered 2 sets, plus the matching pasta dishes. What a disappointment; EVERY dinner plate, salad plate, and set bowl has glazing/paint defects. Smears, discoloration, significant glaze pitting, debris in the glaze, Fingers crossed that customer service doesn't require me to pay for shipping to return due to the incredible amount of extremely noticeable defects. It looks like I received the "scratch & dent" pieces. The pasta bowls (ordered separately) and the coffee cups were all just fine.
