Phaltzgraf Dishes

Previously purchased two sets of a four pc setting and three cups were broken. I didn’t notice this until all the other dishes were unpacked. To return them, I would have had to repack all the dishes so I decided to just keep them. Because we can always use additional settings, I decided to purchase a third set since I only had five cups and two more cups were broken. I’ve kept all three sets but perhaps Macys should credit some of this charge.

Attractive, but. . .

I am so disappointed in this set. I like the look of it and I was ready to update my dish set. My set was over 25 years old. That set was extremely sturdy and this set is not. When it came many of the dishes and bowls were broken, so the vendor sent me replacements. In the time that I've had the dishes, which is only 2 years, there are many more chips and cracks. I'm going to have to buy a new set again. I'm very disappointed.

Even though one cup was broken, we are totally happy with the color and the design. We have plenty of cups will use our own.

Extremely Disappointed

I w as extremely disappointed to learn the black specks are apart of the design. It looks like someone threw dirt on the dishes before they were glased.

Broken Stoneware

While, the dishes are beautiful, some of them arrived broken, leaving me to return them to the store or ship them back! Very disappointing and all customer service offered was another set shipped free. No thanks!!!

We are enjoying our new

We are enjoying our new dishes, although they are heavier and thicker, resulting in our smaller plates not fitting in the upper rack of our dishwasher.
