Same milk different coffee

No matter what drink type i choose the milk always looks the same it over frothy and it never makes a smooth silky milk. Very disappointed with my purchase I’ve given it a few months to get used to but I don’t think it will use it much longer. Such a shame as it does look very very nice.

Great brewer with a drawback

This machine would get 5 stars if it weren't for the grinder canceling the brew every so often, like there are no beans but the top container is full. You have to fish a spoon in there and get the bean flowing again. That low profile design at the top could use some re-engineering. Other than that, we love it, with all the features.

YI have had the machine for about 2 months. There is a short learning curve, but it consistently gets easier. My only challenge is how to properly adjust the grind. Great machine!
