Incorrect order

I have one of these frames that was given as a gift and love it; however, I’m unable to give a positive review of this particular order. I was hoping to gift this frame to a friend but was sent the incorrect frame multiple times, even after requesting a replacement frame - twice. I was assured Macy's had the frame I wanted in stock, but they failed on multiple occasions to prove that was true. To say the least, I’m very disappointed.
