POOR Quality and POOR customer service

My bottle of Amazing Grace is defective .. it is orange in color when it should be clear ... the label is different. I have been communicating with customer service and they expect me to jump through hoops.

Disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Have use Amazing Grace for many years, what I received had very little fragrance really bad. Never has this happened before when I purchased from Philosophy, qas likeca knock off. Thought I was ordering from Philosophy.
