Nicks in the wood

I love the table, however there are serval nicks in the wood and even a raised area that could potentially cause a splinter

Beautiful but not ideal

Although this is a beautiful table, it leaves watermarks with the smallest amount of water like it isn’t sealed. It also gets so many tiny specks stuck in the table because of the tiny grooves, making it impossible to clean without water marks. Not a great purchase if you have children or people that want to eat on it without a table cloth.

Wood is too soft

It’s a really beautiful dining table, truly! I am disappointed in the material though. The wood is so soft… way too soft to stand the test of time. If anything with any weight is accidentally tipped over on it, the wood dents. My kids have knocked their water bottles over and dents have been left from those.
