Probably returning or exchanging

Love the idea of this top as a staple plumber under jackets or deep cut shirts. It is either meant to be very snug or runs small. Not sure which, but it definitely creates rolls I'd rather not see. Might try a size up... But I'm still trying to figure out the neckline as the one I received pulls weirdly to the side. I took a photo of it as that's not how it looks in the photos online. I'm hoping if I exchange it that won't be there as it detracts if worn under a split neck or open front top or jacket
