Wanted to like it

So, I had high hopes based on the reviews of this brush. I was hesitant to use silicone bristles vs regular bristles from other facial brushes. My experience is that this is ok, but honestly to not feel like it exfoliates or cleans my skin that great. I press kinda hard and go over and over my skin. I prefer my old MIA brush. I felt like my skin got truly clean. But unfortunately MIA no longer makes the brush 😕 I havent tried the other side to put the serum on but it doesnt seem like it will work better than just using your fingers. So disappointed to spend this much money on a brush thats not really feeling like it cleans well. It would be nice if they offered a bristles brush replacement product.

Amazing results

Decided to try this 3 months ago. I have been dealing with milia & clogged pores for many years. I have tried more treatments than I can mention. Dermatologist- spa treatments & many acids over the counter. Nothing has worked to get my face clear of the never ending battle until NOW. My face is not perfect but I can see improvement daily. When I add my cleaner my skin feels smooth to the touch without the underground bumps as before. The abrasion is not too strong & gives my complexion a nice glow. I do both AM -PM and if I miss a day I can feel & see the milia bumps start to return. I use a mild exfoliating cleanser & toner then oil free moisturizer & sunscreen. The only change has been my PMD clean-it would get a gold star rating if there was one! 💛💛💛💛💛

Where are the instructions?

This is a nice facial brush. My skin absorbs moisturizer better after using it. However, I would like more guidance on how to use it, particularly the massager feature. There are no instructions included or even a QR code to videos.

Upgraded.

I enjoy my pmd body so much and realized it is not suitable for my cleansing my face. So, this sale that popped up one day for this compelled me to get it. I am pleased with it. I used to have a smaller thing like it by Olay and I gave it away for this better one.

Charger or device made improperly!!

Charger does not fit into it properly (not snug and will not even light up when plugged in) and will NOT charge. It will only work if it is plugged in!! You can space around charger and seems the device opening is too large and made wrong/cheaply. For as much as I spent, I am appalled it won’t even charge or work properly for even one use. What a disappointment.

Hi. The Personal Microderm Pro is not chargeable. It has to be connected to the Personal Microderm Pro as well as to an electrical outlet for power during use. You indicated that this does power on when it is plugged in, which means that it is working exactly as it is designed to work. If you are looking for one that is chargeable/cordless, you may want to consider the PMD Elite Pro.

Ripped my Skin

I believe my skin is too delicate for the amount of suction that the device uses. I used the least abrasive disc, but the suction was so strong that my skin was torn in several places. I am going to try it one more time to see if it was my error.

Not worth the money.

The silicone brush does not create any lather. I might as well be using my hands. Something to build up a lather and deep wash was the reason behind buying this product.
