As a 7 year verified beauty expert, we all know that cleansing is one step to bright, radiant skin that is plump and hydrated. We need to remove the everyday dirt and sebum to reveal our beautiful skin. However, there are so many cleansers out there and they are all good for a specific skin type/condition or use case. For example, if you wear heavy make-up including waterproof eye make-up and foundation you may absolutely love this cleanser or if you have dry skin. I have dry skin and love a a cleansing balm that cleanses deeply and moisturizes the skin as you remove it. This is ideal for those with dry skin and/or those who wear heavy makeup as it deeply cleanses. Its key ingredients include sweet almond oil, which is hydrating, vegan squalene, shea butter, vitamin E and oleic acid. Its an oil based cleansers with very hydrating components.

Make up cleansing balms are becoming more and more common but not each formulation is perfected yet in fact, I have used some that are great and feel really smooth and remove the make up. However, they aren't good at emulsifying and so when added with water, it doesn't dissolve like it should. This makeup balm from PMD is amazing. It turns into a milky solution when water is added to it so it really does help get off all of that make up I am a huge proponent of triple cleansing so I go in with a micellar water than this PMD cleansing balm glide on wonderfully, and is really really gentle on the skin. Then I go in with some kind of gentle, sudsing cleanser to really make sure that every speck of dirt and make up is removed.As a five year veteran in the eye and skin care, retail industry, Cleaning balms have definitely become more common, and some are better than others PMD ranks among my Top 10.

I am Hendrika, and I had the opportunity to try and review this PMD Beauty remove Makeup Removing Balm as a Beauty Content Creator/Influencer and as such I have 15+ years of experience with trying out skincare, hair care and cosmetic products. I was excited to try out this makeup removing balm as I have tried the facial devices from PMD before and love their benefits and the high quality of their products. This balm has such a beautiful sherbet like texture. I use it in my nighttime routine by applying a small amount and warming it in the palm of my hands and then apply it onto my skin and massage it in circular motions. I love how it changes from a balm texture into an oily texture when I apply it onto my skin. The balm texture just melts into my skin and removes any dirt, makeup, sunscreen, oil, and sebum. I then wet my skin and the balm emulsifies. I then rinse my skin with warm water. This makeup removing balm is perfect for my combination to dry skin. It gently cleanses my skin without any irritation. My skin feels so clean, smooth, and soft afterwards. I love how this balm gives my skin a soft finish right after using it. My skin feels hydrated and nourished, and I really like that it does not make my skin feel tight or dry and that it does not leave a sticky or greasy feeling to my skin. It removes my makeup easily without any harsh rubbing. It just melts my makeup and dirt right off my face. A beautiful makeup removing balm for gently deep cleansing my skin!

I am an esthetician, so I am skincare obsessed and love to try new products. I know this isn't great, especially as an esthetician, but I will often use micellar water, especially around my eyes, to remove my makeup before cleansing because most makeup-removing balms just don't get everything off. I have never used any PMD products, but I was pleasantly surprised with this removal balm. First off, it smells fantastic, similiar to a product in a spa. I spread it around my face for about a minute, including my eyes, and I could start seeing the makeup coming off as I rubbed it. It did a great job removing my eye makeup; most importantly, my face felt hydrated. I didn't feel as stripped as usual when using the micellar water. Overall, this was a great product.

I have to say, I just love the consistency and texture of this product. It feels like butter slathering on your face and it grabs all the impurities out of your skin so easily. I would highly recommend this for people that have really sensitive skin because it's very soothing on your skin. I like to use it because I have combination skin so some parts are dry and some parts are oily so this seem to balance out my skin. I think it smells nice it has sweet almond oil, Shea butter, vitamin E, and Squalane which is really good for getting inflammation down. I thought it lasted a long time I used it for 3 weeks and it seemed like I hardly used any . I think it would last a long time and it cleanses your face so nicely and feels so buttery and smooth after . So it doesn't really matter what type of skin you have but I will say if you have sensitive skin, this product is so amazingly soothing..

I love how creamy this cleansing balm is! Having been an MUA for 5 years, I've used many different types of cleanings balms. I really like dipping into this one because it feels so luxurious and silky in the skin, and rinses off pretty nicely. Being my skin is combo-oily, I do still double-cleanse after this, yet I think if you have drier skin, you wouldn't have to. I love that you get a huge tub of product for $50, and that just a tiny bit goes a long way to removing all the face makeup. It does a great job of removing even waterproof makeup. It leaves my skin nice & supple with hydration. I wish I had the PMD clean because I bet those two products work so well together. Remove is definitely a great cleansing balm to try out, even if you wear minimal makeup, because it does a great job of removing spf and skin screen as well!

As I have dry skin and live in a dry place, I prefer using cleansing balm. This PMD Beauty remove Makeup Removing Balm is a perfect cleanser for me. The texture is oil balm but when you add warm water to emulsify the balm, it turns into a rich cleansing oil. I feel that it can easily remove waterproof makeup products and eye make up. This cleansing balm is a natural deep hydrating cleanser for dry skin. This hydrating cleanser hydrates and soothes the skin. The Cleansing balm can remove deeper impurities without drying up my skin. After using this cleanser, I don't feel dry . I feel my skin soft, supple and hydrated. It effectively cleans off the dirt while keeping my skin natural moisture. Also, this cleanser is gentle, it won't irritate your skin and it's great for sensitive skin.

I have been a licensed Esthetician for over four years and a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and am always looking for products and cosmetics to improve my personal appearance as well as my skin health. My appearance is very important to me as far as my clients first impression. I try all products on myself before I recommend to my clients based on skin type so I know how it looks feels and smells.Pmd remove makeup removing balm is amazing!! It goes on so smoothly on my dry skin, massages in well and then when I added water it emulsifies ad becomes a milky consistency and removes dirt and make up, and it did not sting my eyes! I wear mascara every day and I always remove it every night to keep my lashes healthy so being able to use this and not have my eyes sting is very important to me! And when I washed it off my face did not feel oily, it feels perfectly hydrated. I would recommend this product to all clients all skin types.
