The Red replacement discs are for people with normal to very coarse skin who have used the PMD for an extended period of time and would like an intense level of exfoliation. Personal Microderm uses a patented spinning disc technology to deliver revolutionary microdermabrasion treatments and unmatched, brilliant results. The patented disc spins as it glides across the skin, providing brilliant results with each treatment. Aluminum oxide is a naturally occurring element that is extremely hard, second only to diamond. Aluminum Oxide crystals are non-airborne, hypoallergenic and antibacterial, which helps prevent any adverse reactions and reduce spreading of bacteria that may cause irritations.

Disappointed. Did not work.

My order of replacements discs contains as elastic two larger body discs. These two disco did not spin when in use on the body. They only spun when on the PMS device and not in touch with the body. The facial discs did work. This is the first time this has occurred. I’m disappointed.

My favorite

I love everything PMD - The very course discs are very course, but my skin can handle it. I have however been using the microdermabrasion for many years, so use with caution. Anyway, I get great results!

Not very coarse as advertised

These definitely are NOT VERY COARSE PMD discs, idk why they are marked as such.

Youthful

Been using PMD since 2014. I am 38 now and I always get compliments on my skin and how young I appear. I been using the red discs now and they work great.

Been using for years

I love the coarse discs, I worked up to them gradually and now they're the only kind I use on my skin. They do an excellent job exfoliating and cleaning my pores. The first use you have to be careful going to slow though or your skin won't like it! Love these and will continue to keep on order

Love these!

Once you work up to what discs you like to use and find the right one that is not too harsh but still does what you need, it's great! These are my favorite because I notice a much smoother feel instantly but if I'm unfaithful to the process and don't use it for 2-3 weeks I can tell. As soon as I use them again it's so refreshing so make the time to stick with it weekly and you won't be disappointed with your beautiful skin.
