While they look beautiful, they are very shiny and heavy. I didn’t actually use them, but returned them. I don’t think they were what I was looking for in a sheet set.

Fit and Smell!
I have never purchased this brand of sheets before now, nor will I ever again. First, is the fit. I was always taught when making a bed that the tag on a fitted sheet should go in the bottom right corner. The fit was off kilter when I was making the bed. I decided to remake the bed and put the tag on the lower left side. Voila! They fit right! hmm... Secondly, I have two allergies, mold and hay fever in the spring. This is November so it must be mold. Now I have washed these sheets twice. I had allergy type symptoms while making the bed after first washing in cold water like the instructions stated. I took them off and rewashed in warm water with a Lysol wash additive. The same exact reaction while making the bed again! Removed them! Macy's return policy is terrible, especially if you have washed something. I would have purchased the Charter Club but the last set I bought no longer fit my tall mattress. They used to fit fine! This will be a loss I'm sure! No more sheets from Macy's!
Sheets don't feel like cotton
These Sheets do not feel like cotton. They do have a sateen finish but these sheets are cripy. I have only washed them 1 time... These sheets feel like polyester not cotton. They are rough and probably won't soften up no matter how often they are washed

These Extra Deep Pointehaven sheets fit our queen size pillowtop mattress very well. They are very roomy. Corners on the fitted sheet stay secure. The sheets are soft and launder (wash & dry) nicely and do not pill. Plus for me is that they came in a color (goldish brown) that's hard to find. They come in plenty of other colors as well. Though kind of pricey, they are all-around great for deep mattresses.

Just what I’ve been looking for! I’m not usually a fan of sateen weave as I prefer percale but I am enjoying these sheets. A nice thickness and perfect softness. The sheets are ample size for my bed. Plenty of sheet so no struggling to get the fitted sheet on the mattress. I highly recommend.
