Stressed and Exhausted customer

I ordered a snowsuit and the wrong one was sent after 4 days.I returned the wrong one and I was sent the same item again after 3 more days. I then spoke to a manager(Nicolas)and was told they were out of the item but after being on the phone approx 30 min,he advised me they did have the item.This has been a stressful and very exhausting experience that I hope no one else experiences. After 3 times I hope yhis will be the correct one and who would expect this type of service from Macy's. The reason I ordered from here was that I thought they were a reputable franchise.I would have ordered from another chain but after all this time, Im afraid that they would be out of stock.Please help so correct this situation so that no other customers has this experience.
