Return was not refunded

I purchased online and returned in store in Frisco, TX. My credit card was never credited with the return. Will not shop at Macy's again after 50 years if refund is not made in full.

Never received

Never received item!! This company fell from grace. If you cant ship items through reputable shipping co people should go elsewhere to spend their hard earnrd money. To rhink Macys use to be top not anymore. Shame
