I never received my socks

I placed orders to be delivered to home from macys. All my merchandise came except my socks then macys customer service tells me you put for pick up .I explained no for delivery like the rest of merchandise. I live in Brooklyn but macys told me to come to Manhattan to pick up refund my money ASAP!
