Never received the sweater how can I review it

Backorder Frustration!

I ordered this quarter zip in andover grey, size medium. The order went thru normally, no issues. Days later I received an email saying backordered, several "updated" dates later, still no quarter zip. Called customer service a few times, different answer each time. I used to be a very loyal Macy's customer. It saddens me to see how the quality of the store and customer services have deteriorated. So much for getting my son the top thing on his Christmas list.....maybe by Valentine's Day....Easter?
