POOR QUALITY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We pay extra dollars for POLO RALPH LAUREN (RL) for the high quality & stylish design; however; RL's quality has gone downhill in the last few years and prices have gone up!! This is not expected from a designer like RL and it is not expected from a retailer like Macy's to pass on overpriced defective products to consumers!!! To add insult to injury; Macy's customer service has been on a massive decline in the last few years!!! They even deleted the only email you could reach for customer service during the holidays and we had to wait hours to deal with a rude, annoying and frustrating Macy's agent who makes you so many promises and nothing happens!!! I do not understand how Macy's expects to stay in business with selling defective merchandise, poor customer service and on top of that overpriced items that are of the absolute worst quality!!!! I do not recommend purchasing anything from Macy's online; their presentation of most items has either been photoshopped or misleading. ENOUGH !
