Train Your Employees

I received a package last week. I opened it and found two pairs of mens underwear instead of my two shirts. I brought the underwear back to the store (Flushing). Instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, I was told what I had to do. I asked for a supervisor, and the situation was grudgingly handled.

Classis Fit Cotton Polo

I've been wearing RL Polo shirts for over 35 years, and they have been terrific. I Recently purchased 3 shirts to replace ones that finally started to wear out and was very disappointed with the quality of the current RL polos RL - the material is extremely thin, the shirts came out of the dryer a wrinkled mess, so much so that they couldn't be worn without ironing. I returned the shirts to RL and won't be buying more.

wrong material description

for material detail they are showing its all cotton !! but when we received polo its all polyester or something els but definitely not cotton at all disappointing from polo ralphlauren & macy's
