4 times not the charm

I ordered a pair of Ralph’s Louren eyeglasses. They were supposed to be shiny Black in color. I received blue. I returned the blue pair. Macys replaced them. With the wrong color, they sent blue again. This happened 4 times, I received blue glasses. Macys was contacted I returned the blue glasses. Macys continued to replace blue glasses with blue glasses. This has occurred 4 times and I still have not received the black eye glasses.
