First popularized in the 1920s by the dapper Duke of Windsor, who favored its intricately knit, traditional patterns, the Fair Isle sweater has since become a hallmark of the Polo Ralph Lauren sensibility. New for this season, the Bear Isle version draws inspiration from the famous tap dancing scene in Singin' in the Rain, as well as a style icon of another breed: the Polo Bear.

    • Size medium has an approx. 27" body length, 18" shoulder, 21" chest, and 25" sleeve length

Great design

Too many of them. I miss when Polo made these in limited quanities. I see too many people wearing it totally WRONG. nice sweater though. Still haven't worn mine yet though.

Awesome sweater

I purchased this sweater to take Christmas Pics and it is awesome. True to size, warm and Stylish. Everyone loved it. May wear it all year around LoL

Love Love the Bear sweaters

I bought this sweater for myself in the medium. It fits well .( I usually wear a large in the women's size) The Polo Ralph Lauren Bear isle sweaters are my favorite. I love bears so when I first saw these I said I had to buy them. I have about 3 now and love them all. A must buy if you are thinking about buying my other sweaters hold up well in the wash.
