I didn’t receive a refund for this returned item

I bought 3 polo Ralph Lauren pajama’s pants for my husband. He didn’t like the red Polo Ralph Lauren Men's Stewart Plaid Flannel Pajama Pant. I returned it to Macy’s and called customer service 4 times and asked about the refund for one pajama pant. Up to now they didn’t refund it. Please refund my money.
