Ralph Polo Sneakers

This is a Christmas gift and I was disappointed to received this package shipped in a damaged box. The sneakers were not packaged correctly, looks like someone had returned them and didn’t put them back in the wrapping and that’s just how they were sent out. The store should’ve shown more care in making sure they were packaged properly before shipping out. I have been a valued customer of Macy’s for years and this is the first receiving a package in this condition, hate to give this as a gift with the damaged turned box!!!
