Wrong item

I ordered this Ralph Lauren Sneakers but a different style and worn out sneakers were delivered. I’ve been ordering on Macy’s online for quite a while and never encountered any problem but for this particular sneakers. I was so disappointed that paying for that certain sneakers but a different one was delivered. I don’t know if this was technical but I hope this won’t happen again
