Bad quality

Very bad quality. The shirt had two holes. I try to return and the manager of Macy’s store didn’t accept because I didn’t have a receipt and the tag. Very disappointing. To spend a lot of money for a piece of trash.

Wrong Size Sale

Unfortunately, the salesperson erred in selling the wrong size sweater. When I got home in DC from the Herald Square purchase, I discovered she packed an XS (extra small) size when I had ordered a large. Off to Macy's in Bethesda to make an exchange.

Men's Wool Polo-Collar Sweater

I saw this sweater at Macy's and decided to order it online. I was shocked when I opened my package. Someone had stolen the original item and put an old, torn, and dirty sports sweater on it. I want to bring it to the attention of the store so they can check the chain and see who is at fault for this!!!
