I opened both boxes that were delivered today and 2 of the dinner plates were broken. Only 2 plates of the 144 pieces. I called customer service and they told me I would have to return all 144 pieces in order to get a refund and they could send another shipment for the order. Why not just replace the 2 plates?? I don't want to repack the 2 huge boxes and put all the plates back in their separate boxes and haul them to UPS. Why not just replace the 2 plates?? This aes no sense to me. Or just refund the cost of the 2 plates and I can buy 2 more.

Overall, this is a nice set. Every fish minus the two large serving plates was made in England. The two serving dishes were made in China; the green leaves around the edges are noticeably darker than the ones on the remainder of the set. That’s the only difference. I’m glad it was on sale.
