Never received!

I never received my order! First they said you will get it with delay and then I never got it! For refund since it was a gift card, they said you have to wait for 3-4 weeks to receive it through mail! Really inappropriate! You could have easily resend one, or put it in the wallet so I can reorder! Disappointed!
