Double check the lens

I had issues with the lens went to Sunglass Hut to be treated rudely as I was told the lens are supposed to look smudgy and dirty. I bought the len cleaner and the cloth. Still not clean I won't using them at all probably tossing.. I believe they're manufactory defect but clearly the experts at sunglass Hut at Denver Mills thinks different.
