Have not received the order. Very disappointed

I was asked to review the product because I would have had it for a week by now. I still have not received my purchase even after multiple attempts to figure out when I will be getting it. Seven days after the expected delivery date and I have no been made aware of when I will be getting my order. Cannot talk about the product itself but I can tell you Sanders Collection is the third party and they have done a terrible job at the shipping and communications part of the order.

Excellent comforter!

This comforter is soft, comfortable. Despite manufacturer instructions, it can be washed in hot water and be dried in a dryer. After laying it out for 24 hours, I accidentally washed it on the hot setting instead of cold. Then, since I live in an apartment building and don't have the means to air dry it, I dried it in the dryer. Came out fluffy and soft. I definitely recommend this comforter. I also definitely recommend following the manufacturer's instructions!
