Hydrating as well as cleansing

I have both purchased and been Gifted this as part of the #ELEMISSkinsider program, and I LOVE this cleansing balm. My skin feels clean after use but still hydrated, which is a big thing for me especially in winter

Love It!!!

Best facial cleanser I have ever used. Love that you can use it on your eyes without any irritation. You only need a small amount to apply to entire face and it literally melts all the makeup away.

Disappointed.

Disappointed to find that this no longer includes a protective barrier on the inside of the jar or a face cloth like it used to. Sadly, another company skimping on quality for the sake of cutting costs. The formula also feels much thinner. This used to be my favorite cleanser, but now I find myself shopping around again. Elemis, why did you make such changes?
