Disappointed.
Disappointed to find that this no longer includes a protective barrier on the inside of the jar or a face cloth like it used to. Sadly, another company skimping on quality for the sake of cutting costs. The formula also feels much thinner. This used to be my favorite cleanser, but now I find myself shopping around again. Elemis, why did you make such changes?

Excellent balm for first cleanse
I love this formulation! Nongreasy, gentle, yet so effective at removing makeup and other products.

So fresh and so Clean
I've been loving this cleansing balm. It removes all my makeup and mascara leaving my face feeling hydrated and clean. I've been getting so many compliments on my skin lately and this has to be one of the building blocks that have been helping along with my other products.

Face Cleaning Balm
Cleasing Balm using just a little to applying all over face and neck first then I wet my fingers to appy the water on my face which becomes a foam. My goodness, all the dirt during the day is removed, my face is lighter and isn't stripped at all. I purchase this product on a cruise.

I love Elemis
I decided I wanted to get something that was not only good for my skin, but the environmental impact as well. This is a B Certified Corporation and for those who do not know, that means they went through extensive assessments to meet high standards both socially and environmentally. This alone got me curious to want to try the product and it was out of my usual price range but I splurged and I am so glad that I did! I switched products instantly with sensitive and reactive skin and I had NO issues with this product. This takes my makeup off completely, I wipe it off with a reusable cotton pad and my skin feels clean but I can say that my skin is 100% makeup free after using this product. The smell is nice too, but the product is just amazing!

Love the balm, hate the smell
I love the cleansing balm! But the longer I've used it the worse the smell gets. Recommending that those of you with sensitive noses might want to try the no-fragrance version, or the rose, fig or black cherry scented versions.

Menthol smell..pro collagen cleansing balm.
I'm not liking the smell, I left the cap off and could smell the menthol upon re-entering the room. Also, if you have rosacea, beware, I seem to have broken out more using this product.

WOW
I received this during my cancer treatment and absolutely love it. I felt like the treatment aged my face which made me sad. This product melts beautifully into my skin, no negative skin reactions, cleanses beautifully and takes all make up off in one clean swipe, and the scent makes me feel like I am in a spa. I actually look forward to cleansing my face with this and will never be without it.
