The frustration of waiting on a item

This item was one that I really wanted. It was in the processing stage for close to three weeks, only to go from processing, to a refund being issued with no reason given. If that wasn't enough, it stated to keep the item, no need to return. Way to go Macy's. Not cool at all.

Thought it was bigger, it's for a jogger to hold basics so I will give it as a gift

Disappointed

The quality of the bag is not as good as I had expected, especially for a new brand.the straps look like they will break with excess use. Not a lot of compartments
