Nice Shade

it is a nice shade. However the nob to twist the lipstick is not working .

Something wrong

When the lipstick came, it was really messed up. You can’t roll it up because it’s in backwards with a cap in the bottom. I don’t know if this is normal, but I have no way of using it..

They sent only the metal part with no lipstick.it’s a joke. I called to complain and they didn’t even refund the money till now. It’s not even a sample. It’s a very small blue box and inside there is a small metal part with no cover without lipstick. It’s ridiculous. I will never buy anything from them and will return everything I bought. Very disappointed

Not the colour I expected

I bought pure Colour Creme 882 Guilty pleasure but am very disappointed as I was expecting a pink tone but it's more orange. I have bought EL for years now, don't buy anything else. So disappointed that you have discontinued some of my favourites and replaced them with totally different colours. I used the on line camera to try this one on but it doesn't look the same in real life.

Pure Color Lipstick Intense Nude #561

The quality of the lipstick is fine. The problem is that the color has changed I have used Intense Nude #561 for years. On the latest purchase the color has more of an orange tone. All my previous orders were more of a wine tone. You can hold up the old and the new lipstick next to each other and see the difference in color. See attached photo. The image on the left is the new lipstick. Looks like I have to find a new shade similar to the old Intense Nude.
