light doesn't work all the time

put brand new batteries in turned it on worked great next day tried to use it light didn't come on sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't also light isn't bright enough

I like the mirror

Mirror is ok it serves its purpose. I put new batteries but seemed to die out fast .Will try a better brand of battery.Or I will convert it to a electric plug like I did a lamp I have.
