Never received

Didn't get it in time for Christmas. Later, it said it was delayed, and that I would receive it Dec. 27. I didn't. Still haven't received it.

Good little device

Very happy to get my hands on this neck stretcher as I have a stiff neck a lot. I only gave 4 stars because the device itself is very hard so I have to put a soft material on it before use. Otherwise, it hurts my neck. I solved that problem easily and now I can use it in comfort. Its a good concept for neck stretching.
