It’s not glass!

Just received this fish platter and although it is cute, I didn’t realize it is melamine , not glass. For the price, I just assumed it was glass so a little disappointed. I guess so should have read the description better. Bought this as a hostess gift, so was hoping for something more substantial especially at the price point.
