Vendor has not issued refund :(

The dress was great and looked lovely. I was very happy with it. Unfortunately this vendor is not very good at following through on refunds. I bought two of the same dress in two different sizes. I sent the dress that did not fit back over a month ago. The tracking shows that the dress was received. I have called about this issue but no refund. Hoping this will get their attention because I might have to go to my bank and dispute the charge.
