Elegant dress that conceals trouble spots

Dotted tulle with red embroidery on top and black lining. There is a 11” ruffle of tulle that give the dress some additional detail. The big bow in back at neck is beautiful. Armholes alittle big. Dress conceal tummy and hip issues without looking like a tent. Very comfortable.
