LOOKS LIKE MEATLOAF AND GRAVY

I received this chocolate toffee crunch and it was melted all in the package, it did not look appetizing to eat. Now I can understand food is not returned, but this should absolutely be an exception. It arrived damaged and I do insist on a refund. I have pic.

Disappointed

I would have loved to have given this for Christmas gifts, but when I got it all was melted and stuck together. Put it in the freezer, have to keep it for myself and get something else.
